Growing up in a small town, hockey has always been more than just a game to me. It’s my passion, and has given me opportunities I never could have imagined.
I grew up playing for Niagara North Stars AAA before being drafted by the London Knights, but ultimately chose to pursue the NCAA route. After playing junior hockey in Alberta in the AJHL, I went on to play three years of NCAA D1 college hockey, won the Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Year, and nominated for the Hobey Baker award for the last three years. I have attended NHL development camps with the Florida Panthers and Philadelphia Flyers and I will be attending San Jose’s NHL camp this July.
Before returning to Miami University for my senior year, I am excited to run development skates from July 6 to August 14 to help the next generation of players grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
